Ashley Richey

REALTOR® Ashley Richey empowers her clients to turn their real estate dreams into reality, and she is determined to get the job done while going above and beyond her clients’ expectations. Not only is Ashley a kind and honest person who is empathic to people’s differences and unique needs, but she also believes that transparency, integrity, and accountability are characteristics that will bring you success in business and in life.

Ashley helps her clients with real estate opportunities in residential, land, and commercial properties. Her area of focus is Tacoma, Gig Harbor, Spanaway, Graham and Eatonville. She is also familiar with Equestrian living and properties prepared for dog breeding; she is a true lover of dogs and horses, and you will often find her buying one or the other.

Before beginning her real estate career, Ashley was a Physical Therapist for 26 years. She achieved getting her Bachelor of Arts in Business and Minor in IT from CityU Seattle in 2010. She has also worked at Franklin Pierce High School as a High Needs 1:1 Para Educator specializing in students with complex behaviorial issues.

Spending time with family, the outdoors, barbecuing and cooking are just a few of Ashley’s favorite ways to enjoy life. Ashley enjoys giving back to the community, providing volunteer services in the area, and helping people with PTSD and other mental and physical disorders to partner them with the perfect K9 for emotional support, or horses for Equine Therapy.
